The velvety soft outer covering material is non-porous, latex free, phthalate free, and body safe. It's best to use a use only a water-based lubricant with this vibe, we recommend the Sliquid H2O, regular or organic version, available through VaVaVooom. Clean the Sensuelle Point with warm soapy water (it's waterproof) but not antibacterial soap (triclosan in handsoaps has now been banned by the FDA, so toss those old bottles) or use your favorite toy cleaner - to sterilize, use a 10% bleach solution.
