RETURN POLICY: Please note: Due to the nature of our specialty, we are unable to offer cash or credit card refunds. Apparel & Lingerie may be exchanged within 14 days (provided that items are unworn, undamaged, with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt for store credit or exchange only.  

Sexual Wellness items and adult novelty products are may not be returned or exchanged, all such sales are final. 

If, however,  item is defective at time of purchase, return to VaVaVooom within three days to exchange for a replacement item. If you are not local, let us know within three days of your intention to return the defective item and we will work with you from that point.

Most premium sexual wellness items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, see details in the package of that particular item. Please keep your receipt and file the warranty card if there is one. We can help recover your receipt if you purchased your item under our Preferred Client program.

Books, boxed lingerie & costume sets, and playtime accessories may not be returned.
