Sexual wellness & self care is a vital part of immune function and overall health, and practiced safely, solo or with a partner, sex is a wonderful activity which should be honored, enjoyed and never shamed.

We have created an environment which is designed to provide a pleasurable shopping experience. Psychological as well as physical safety is in the forefront of our minds, so we take time to politely ask about your gender identification, sexual and romantic orientation and comfort level.

Please know we honor your confidentiality and do our best to be non-invasive while still assisting you with your intimate needs. We are not medical or therapeutic professionals but we care about your needs, so we may refer you to one of our many excellent local medical or therapeutic providers. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assisting in discovering the items that best serve desires and your intentions, within the limits of their own training and comfort levels.

You are welcome to place orders through virtual consults, by phone at 828-254-6329 or online for curbside pick up. Free LOCAL DELIVERY (within a five mile radius) is available for orders over $300. Free shipping is always available for orders over $75.

CDC Guidelines: We have explicitly instructed our customer service & fulfillment staff on how to be aware of symptoms of illness, to check for wellness before beginning work, to not work if showing any symptoms or if caring for unwell individuals in their home, and to seek medical attention should symptoms arise.

Other measures include: 

  • following CDC guidelines for hygiene practices regarding proper mask implementation, personal distancing of 6 feet and direct contact avoidance, hand washing, using disposable tissues for sneezes and coughs, and other precautions. 

  • We have placed hand sanitizer throughout the shop. We have hand-washing graphics and reminders on all sinks and mirrors in all our restrooms.

  • We are disinfecting surfaces, including all frequently touched surfaces throughout the entire shop, on an increased schedule throughout the day. 

  • We are using clean packaging materials to stock products and prepare your items for shipment.
